Last updated: November 2026. How Idemili Eye African Reality TV Show at idemilieyetv.com handles your information.
When you create an account, apply for an audition, register for house membership, or vote, we collect what you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, state/location, date of birth, and — for applications — a photo or video link and your answers to our audition questions. We also keep a record of votes and payments tied to the email address used at checkout.
We never collect or store your card number, CVV, PIN, or one-time password. Those details go straight to Paystack, our payment processor, over an encrypted connection — we only ever receive a success/failure result and a reference number.
We use your information to run your account, process and credit your votes, review audition and membership applications, send you confirmation emails and receipts, and keep the site secure (for example, recognizing suspicious activity). We don't sell your personal information to anyone.
This site uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. It doesn't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We share payment details with Paystack, our payment processor, strictly to process your transaction. We don't share your personal information with any other third party except where required by law.
We keep account, application, and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, mainly to keep accurate financial and show records. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time, subject to any records we're legally required to retain.
You can review and update your details at any time from your account page, or contact us to request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion.
This site is not directed at children, and payments require you to be at least 18 (or to have a parent/guardian's permission where your local law allows a younger age).
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
